JEFFREY M. PERLIK
Principal

Jeff is responsible for supervising design and construction activities on
all Colgate projects. His extensive background in building complicated hotels and mixed-use buildings makes Jeff one of the true experts in the industry.

He was previously Vice President of design and construction for Millennium Partners in New York City where his responsibilities included directing and managing all aspects of design and construction of the company’s national hotel development activities. In this role, Jeff had primary responsibility for a number of prominent projects including Ritz-Carlton Hotels and Residences, Four Seasons Hotels and Residences, Loews movie theaters, Sports Club/LA fitness clubs, Phillips Club extended stay projects, and various retail stores.

Before joining Millennium Partners, he was project manager at Bovis Lend Lease in New York, where he built the first two Millennium Partners mixed-use projects in the Lincoln Square Development in New York City and two other high-rise residential buildings.

Jeff graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science.
