On behalf of Bank of America, Colgate was the developer of The Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Ritz-Carlton, the first five-star hotel built in Charlotte, is part of a mixed-used project that includes a high-rise office building and an elevated winter garden, all of which are connected to the Bank’s world headquarters.
The Ritz-Carlton, Charlotte contains 147 oversized hotel rooms, including 36 suites and approximately 14,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting space. There is also a luxurious health club and spa on the rooftop.
