Colgate is a partner and was the development consultant for the development of the W Hollywood Hotel and Residences at the historic corner of Hollywood and Vine in Hollywood, California. The project is a mixed-use development which includes 305 hotel rooms, 143 condominiums, and extensive signage. The W hotel features Drai's Hollywood, a 10,000 square foot nightclub, Delphine, a French Bistro operated by innovative dining group and a Bliss spa.
