UDI KORE
Udi Kore is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, due diligence and acquisition of Colgate’s new projects as well as seeing these projects through the initial design phase.
Having joined Colgate directly from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation, Udi had previously been a Manager with Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services in New York. His work at Ernst & Young focused on the structuring and due diligence of private equity transactions.
Udi received a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting/Finance) from Baruch College at the City University of New York and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He is a CPA in New York State and a member of the Urban Land Institute.
