LILIAN S. PACHECO
Vice President and Corporate Controller
Lilian has over sixteen years of accounting experience in the areas of construction, property management, and corporate accounting.
She also has been heavily involved in the areas of financial forecasts and systems conversion and implementation. She currently manages the development and construction accounting for Colgate Development’s projects.
Prior to joining Colgate Development, Lilian held various positions including senior accounting positions at The Lightstone Group, one of the largest owners of real estate in the U.S., where she managed the accounting implementation and acquisition of over 85 retail properties; Simon Property Group, one of the largest REIT’s in the U.S.; and The O’Connor Group, a New York based real estate management and development firm.
Lilian received her BSBA in Accounting at Northeastern University.
